Buena cera no show policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment you need to notify me with at least 12 hours advance notice or you will be charged 50% of your service price before you can book again. I do not believe in keeping your credit cards on file, so I will be asking for your card number over the phone or in person. Once you have paid your cancellation fee you are welcome to re-book.

Buena cera late policy

I will not take guests more than 10 minutes late for 30 minute services (bikinis, Brazilians, legs, backs or chests) or 5 minutes late for 15 minute services (brows, lips, chins, cheeks, the behind). If you arrive outside of the late window, please be prepared to pay the cancellation fee before you are able to re-book. I do not take clients outside of the late window as a sign of respect to the rest of my appointments that day. One late client can make all that days remaining appointments start late.

I respect your time and I take many measures to not take clients late. Please respect my time by giving yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment.

Buena cera one person in the room at a time policy

At Buena Cera it is policy that during bikini wax services only the client is to be in the room with Adriana. Friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, wives, and husbands are not allowed in the room. Folks accompanying you to your appointment are welcome to wait for you in the lobby. The exception to this rule is for clients under the age of 18 who are welcome to bring a parent or guardian with them in the room.
