New No Show Policies at Buena Cera

Greetings to all my wonderful clients from Adriana at Buena Cera Esthetics!

 I have greatly appreciated everyone’s patience and understanding this past year and a half while we have all adapted to the changing circumstances of the pandemic. I’m delighted that we have rounded the corner into what looks like a little bit more of a normal life.

 This summer marks my third year of being in business, and things are really heating up at Buena Cera. In order to ensure smooth appointments for everyone, I have enacted a few new policies. Please know I agonized over these policies for months, wishing to make sure they are fair for both me and my valued clients.

 Please make note of the following:

 Buena Cera now has a cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule your appointment with 12 hours advance notice or you will be charged 50% of your service price before you can book again. I do not believe in keeping your credit cards on file, so I will be asking for your card number over the phone. Once you have paid your cancellation fee you are welcome to re-book.

 I will not take guests more than 10 minutes late for 30 minute services (bikinis, Brazilians, legs, backs or chests) or 5 minutes late for 15 minute services (brows, lips, chins, cheeks, the behind). If you arrive outside of the late window, please be prepared to pay the cancellation policy fee before you are able to re-book. It is summertime in Eugene, and there is a great deal of road construction going on. Please be aware and give yourself ample time to get to your appointment on time.
